About Ghana
Ghanaians are sociable with good sympathetic spirit and great peaceful atmosphere. Because of the numerous tribes in Ghana, there are many rich cultures and a lot of natural resources of which you will love to see yourself.

Demographics
Accra, Ghana's capital city, has an estimated population of 20,000,000 and around 70% live in the south of the country. The country is divided into ten different geographical regions.
Ghana's people are divided into various different ethnic groups; the two largest groups being the Fantis and Ashantis, who live in Central Ghana. The most common language spoken by Ghanaians is Twi, which is the language of the Ashantis.
Food
Ghanaian's have a rich variety of foods. Examples include banku, fufu with soup, jollof, plain, and fried rice, hot kelewele, vegetable stew with kenkey, yams and plantain (cooked, fried, roasted). In addition to this, Ghana has a large variety of local fruits, which flavours' far surpass their exported European counterparts.
In spite of this, many hotels and restaurants serve European dishes for those who are missing food from home.
Drinking Water
Bottles and sachets of pure, safe drinking water are common and cheaply bought. It is not advisable to drink water from the taps.
Internet Cafes
Public Internet service centers can be found in all towns and cities.
